If I’m honest, I naturally want life to be easier.
I want the hard seasons to end. I want parenting to feel less exhausting. I want God to remove the struggles.
But Scripture keeps reminding me that God’s greatest goal isn’t my comfort… it’s my Christlikeness.
That doesn’t mean He doesn’t care about our pain. He absolutely does.
It means He loves us too much to leave us unchanged.
One of the biggest shifts God made in my heart was helping me stop measuring my life by how comfortable it felt, and start paying attention to how much I was growing and being changed.
This is one of the lessons that completely reshaped the way I see motherhood, suffering, and God’s purpose in every season.
