Sometimes we spend so much energy asking God to make life easier that we miss what He’s doing in us through the hard things.
Because as we keep walking with Him, He grows our faith. He teaches us to trust Him more, depend on Him more, and lean on His strength more than our own.
When I look back on some of the hardest seasons of my life, I can honestly say I wouldn’t trade them because of what God grew in me through them.
Isaiah 43:2 doesn’t promise we’ll never walk through deep waters. It promises we won’t walk through them alone.
If you’re carrying something heavy today, keep walking with Him.
He is strengthening your faith for whatever He’s called you to carry.
